I gave this book to my son to read when he was in high school. Ten years later he is married and he just bought his first home. Now that in itself is not a big deal. A lot of people get married and buy homes. The cool part is they save up and put a bunch down and their goal is to pay it off in THREE YEARS. How many people do you know that can pay their house off in three years.
